Our Summit at Sunrise coffee is lightly roasted using beans sourced from farms in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, nestled amidst the Cuchumantanes mountains and the Maxbal Forest Reserve. These farms have ensured that the beans are both fair trade and organic, grown among guava, plantain, and banana trees. Expert cupping profiles highlight flavor notes of milk chocolate, almond, and caramel, with a sweetness rating that is above average.
