This coffee which is sourced from organic and fair trade beans from Huila, Colombia, presents flavor notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and orange. It excels in sweetness and acidity, while having a lighter body than average. Body in coffee refers to its perceived weight in your mouth. This newly introduced coffee is part of our exploration. Huila’s climate is influenced by several snow-capped volcanoes in the Andes mountains that provide rich minerals to the soil. Additionally, the valleys of the Magdalena River attract the tropical air of the Caribbean. Altogether, these factors provide spectacular growing conditions and unique microclimates, explaining why coffee from Huila is so delicious!
